App-based diagnostic postal laboratory test for central heating system water, providing a detailed report with recommendations for treating system water. Simply fill a bottle with central heating system water, scan the barcode into the Fernox Water Test App to register the sample and send the sample to the Fernox Laboratory. The results are available on the App within 48 hours of receipt of the sample.

Application

Download the Fernox Water Test App (available on iOS or Android). Register your contact information to receive sign-on credentials for the app. Select your preferred language (one-off requirement). Fill one sample bottle with the onsite water source. Fill the second sample bottle with central heating system water. Secure the bottle lids to avoid leaks in transit. Scan the QR code on the central heating sample bottle and complete all mandatory fields in the Fernox Water Test App. If the bottle is not scanned, it will not be registered and will fail to return a result. Place both bottles in the UPS return envelope, sign the customs declaration on the reverse of the envelope, and either drop the samples at a UPS location or arrange for UPS collection from your location. The status of the samples can be tracked via the via the Fernox Water Test App or online portal (www.fernoxdwt.com).

Upon completion of the analysis (usually within 48 hours of sample receipt), the sample results will be e-mailed to you and can also be viewed in the Fernox Water Test App or online portal. Please note that postal delivery times will vary by country. Interpretation is based on the sample being treated with Fernox products and representative of the system as a whole.
